The Hyundai Ioniq 6 is a brand-new model at Fitzgerald Hyundai in Rockville. This car has a unique style with its rounded frame, and it should be able to attract a lot of attention around Arlington, VA, with its all-electric powertrain.

This car is similar to the Ioniq 5, which has already impressed many customers in Baltimore. They have the same type of platform as well as similar battery packs. These models both have spacious cabins, though the Ioniq 6 isn’t quite as large as the Ioniq 5 in terms of passenger volume and cargo space. It still has plenty of room for your passengers and gear, and notably, it has a longer wheelbase than its counterpart.
Both the Ioniq 5 and 6 are available with many configurations as to how much power and range they have. When you look at maximum range, the Ioniq 6 pulls ahead. One of its configurations allows it to travel 361 miles around Washington DC on a full charge. The Ioniq 5 does very well in this regard, too, as it has a maximum range of 303 miles.
These two vehicles are available with all-wheel drive, and if you take advantage of this type of enhanced drivetrain, your range will decrease slightly. The differential in range isn’t very significant when comparing the AWD models of the Ioniq 5 and 6 around Alexandria, VA.
We’re excited about what the future holds. The Ioniq 6, just like the Ioniq 5, brings so much to the table. This car has a 12.3-inch touchscreen with navigation, and it features a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. It’s also able to have wireless charging, a digital key program, and a Bose premium audio system. In addition, it’s very capable, and it can make up to 320 horsepower.
